Festival of lights is back for the year. One festival we used to wait eagerly for, went back to my memories of days when there was fun
The Eager Wait
Starting preparations a week before
Demanding for more fireworks
Finally when on the festive day
Early morning oil bath
Starting the day with Bijali
Carefully preserving more fireworks for the evening
Start the evening by bursting atom bombs
We did not know what a space shuttle was
All we knew was to send rockets to neighbouring houses
Closing the day with a 10,000 wala
Ohhh it was fun:)
